Safety and Compliance is a TEAM job. You need to take care of your truck and cargo, but we need to keep lookout for other drivers who may overlook a safety or compliance issue. Let’s all work together to correct and learn. If you see a Team Shark member that is not working towards safety and compliance and does not correct the issue when it is brought to their attention–please report it to the office. Any violations go against all of us—it may reduce the customers who will let us haul—reducing your miles and opportunity. If it causes an accident and hurts someone—that someone may be your loved ones????
